Shipping Policy

• Shipping Charges:
  • For orders below 300 AED, a flat shipping fee of 15 AED will be applied.
  • For orders above 300 AED, shipping is free.
• Delivery Time:
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours.
  • Estimated delivery time depends on the destination but usually takes 2-5 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak seasons.
• Order Tracking:
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
• Delivery Areas:
  • We currently deliver within the UAE. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support.

Return & Refund Policy

At Aphrodite Beauty, we value hygiene and product safety. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

✅ Haircare products
✅ Personal hygiene items

Eligible Returns (Defective or Damaged Items Only)

If you receive a damaged or defective product from the factory, you may request a return under the following conditions:

✔ The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
✔ The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
✔ Proof of damage (photos or videos) must be provided when requesting a return.

Return Process

2. Approval: Our team will review your request and confirm whether the return is approved.
3. Exchange: If approved, we will replace the defective product with a new item. Refunds are not provided.

Important Notes

⚠ Returns due to change of mind or personal preference will not be accepted.
⚠ Shipping charges for returns must be covered by the customer unless the item is defective.
⚠ If a returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to the customer.
